("Infocon"). Founded in Moscow in 1994, Infocon has grown into a network of associates, with representative offices in Russia, CIS countries and
the Baltic States. Infocon has an established office on Sakhalin Island. Infocon was founded by Yuri Nosenko, who was educated as a lawyer and retired
as a full Colonel from the KGB.
Hart and Infocon have combined their strengths and capabilities to create an investigative and business intelligence conduit between East and West,
which serves equally Western clients' interests in Russia and the CIS and Eastern clients' interests in the West. The synthesis of these two capabilities is Hart -Infocon.

action and explosive ordnance disposal ("EOD").
The company clears munitions, whether on land or underwater, provides a full range of security services, gathers and maps information, carries out
offshore surveys, provides field camps, transport and medical services, and procures all the equipment needed to sustain major operations in
remote areas.

Founded in 1992, DeFacto has developed a team of professionals from active service backgrounds, derived from the Military, Intelligence, Customs and Excise and retired Senior Fraud Squad Officers. To assist the corporate team further, DeFacto has a 'Back Office' facility that provides intelligence, computer forensics, a complete surveillance team capability, security management reviews and all other logistical requirements.
