24-hour Emergency Response

Immediate Advice:

These services are specific to client requirements and are based on the concept of immediate advice from our duty executives, followed when necessary with the deployment of a specialist to the crisis response centres to give on-the-ground assistance and advice.

Insurance-Backed:

Some services are insurance-backed, and hence an extremely cost-effective solution to a growing area of concern for the global business community. Services include preventative training and actions.

  • Media Response and Handling

    We offer crisis communications support to clients, wherever they operate. This includes the following services:

    • Crisis Communications Audit and Risk Analysis - A team of media experts can assess how well prepared you are to face the media in the event of a major crisis and what potential crises you should be prepared for. The team can also prepare a comprehensive recommendation on how to improve your corporate communications capabilities and your readiness to handle crisis communications at short notice.

    • Crisis Communications Planning - All businesses should prepare a comprehensive crisis communications plan. We can either write this for you or guide your communications team through the process. We have particular experience of preparing crisis communications plans for the transportation sector and government agencies.

    • Crisis Communications Training and Testing - We can provide training courses for company spokespeople, including broadcast interview training and issues management. We also devise exercise programmes to test corporate communications departments or press offices in responding to potential crises.

    • Crisis Communication Support - Many of our clients choose to have 24-hour access to one or more of our expert consultants. Our on-call support will help your corporate communications team and spokespeople deal with real-time crises.
