Hart delivers the highest quality of service to its clients; this is reflected in our recruitment process and hence the abilities and knowledge of our staff.

Positions can vary from office to field-based work, permanent to temporary contract work, each demanding a wide variety of skills.

      Once I have filled out the online application form what will happen? More >

      Once you have filled out the online application form, someone will respond to your application as soon as possible. Your details will be entered into our database and will be held in the strictest confidence.

      Can I send in a speculative CV? More >

      Yes, you can send in a speculative CV. However you must fill out the online application form. Your details will be entered into our database and will be held in the strictest confidence, until a position that might be applicable to your skills arises.

      If I apply for a particular position and I am not suitable, will you keep my details or will I have to reapply? More >

      When you apply for a position, we will keep your details on file and will refer to them if a position that we feel is suitable to your skills arises. Please inform us if you would like your details to be removed from our database at any point.

      Where will I be interviewed? More >

      It depends on the position applied for, however we try to make the location as convenient as possible. We have relevant resources for interview in: Cyprus; London; Kuwait; New York; Mexico; Singapore; Johannesburg; Moscow and Sarajevo.

      Will the company undertake a screening process before considering me? More >

      Yes, we will always use some form of screening, which entails verifying a prospective employee's or consultant's qualifications and background, whether we simply obtain references from previous employers and personal acquaintances or obtain a full BS7858 compliant screening report and criminal record check. This depends on the position applied for, however, generally, no screening is done pre-interview.

      Are there any language requirements? More >

      We do require all personnel to be fluent in English, written and spoken. Other languages are specific to specialised roles.

      Do you have a graduate training scheme? More >

      We do not currently have a graduate training scheme, however we do occasionally have positions that are suitable for graduates: these will be advertised on our website as and when they arise.

      Do you have work experience placements? More >

      Occasionally we do have opportunities for school-leavers or graduates to partake in unpaid work experience in one of our offices. We will consider every application, but unfortunately we are unable to promise a placement.
