Finance Manager - Baghdad

List of responsibilities, which are not limited to, but include:

Reports

Daily Tally Sheets - Collation of Team sheets from all teams in Iraq
Collation of Daily Team Leaders Reports

  • Weekly Manpower returns for both International and National Staff

  • Fortnightly Work Reports for all locations

  • Fortnightly Working projections

Accounting

  • Costing Sheets

  • Invoicing

  • Company Budget (Iraq)

  • General Accounts - Cash Account, Food Account, Iraqi Income Tax Account, Local Bank Account, etc.

  • Audit of non-financial accounts

  • International Returns - Advance of pay return and Team leaders Return

  • Iraqi Nationals Salaries

Other Duties

  • Office Management of Baghdad office

  • Personnel Management of National Staff

A background in accounting is not essential but it is necessary that the individual has extensive knowledge of either book keeping or a Service Funds Accounts course with relevant experience during military service. Essential excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office computer programs.
