Remote Location Healthcare Services

Hart is a substantial shareholder in CyberMDx which has developed a unique system of healthcare delivery by providing 'remote location' medical services normally received in a hospital, with substantial reductions in cost. NASA developed the initial technology for medical diagnosis to use on the Space Shuttle and International Space Station (ISS). The CyberMDx systems include MDxPAC (a field unit), MDxStation (a diagnostic station), and MDxServer (a database server). The first two are totally portable and the server can reside anywhere on the Internet.

These systems create "virtual hospitals", healthcare that is geographically remote, but provides immediate access to medical professionals - a technology which can revolutionize the provision of medical services. Store-and-forward and real-time consultation with video / audio / text is available between MDxPAC and the diagnostic station (in hospital or clinic).
